Plans & Billing

You can view Conjure's pricing plans here.

Conjure uses Stripe for managing credit card based billing and subscriptions.

App Store based subscriptions are also available on the iOS and Android apps (however we prefer credit card based subscriptions).

Conjure is bootstrapped, has not taken any external investment and aims to be a long-term sustainable business, prioritizing user well-being and delivering value, over financial goals.

Conjure Shutdown

All current paid subscription renewals have been disabled as of 27 December 2024, and monthly paid subscribers can expect their plan to expire as of their next renewal date, before the end of January. Annual paid subscribers will receive a prorated refund for unused time dated as of the shutdown date (31 January 2025). All current paid subscribers (both monthly and annual) will retain their subscription benefits until the shutdown date, even if their plan was due to expire before then.

Information for annual subscribers with renewal or end dates that fall after the shutdown date

Current annual paid subscribers will receive a prorated refund for any unused time, dated as of the shutdown date (31 January 2025). These refunds will begin processing on the shutdown date, and we expect them to be issued within 1-4 weeks depending on which payment platform you used to subscribe.

If you subscribed to Conjure via Stripe using a credit card, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We ask that you please allow approximately 5-10 business days for these refunds to process.

If you subscribed to Conjure via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds will be issued by the respective app store. Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for these refunds to process.

I didn't receive my refund yet — what should I do?

First, please ensure you are a current annual paid subscriber whose renewal or end date would fall after the shutdown date (31 January 2025).

Free plan users or those who previously held subscriptions will not receive refunds, as they have no current paid subscription, nor will users with monthly subscriptions that will expire between now and the shutdown date as these plans will not renew beyond the shutdown date.

If you are due a refund, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for the refund to be issued. If 4 or more weeks have passed and you have still not received your refund, please contact us at: shutdown@conjure.so

Free Plan

Conjure has a free plan with the following limits:

  • Up to 5 Habits
  • 100 Measurements per Month
  • All other features, except Habit Archiving

You can view usage related to these limits in app (see here).

When you are approaching or reach these limits, we will display messages in app and send email alerts. For integrations, we do allow them to go a little over certain limits, to try minimize disruption (see here).

Conjure has two paid plans: Standard and Seeker. Both plans offer full use of Conjure.

The Seeker plan is for users who wish to support Conjure to become better faster, by paying extra. Each Seeker plan subscription provides free access to someone who cannot afford Conjure.

The Seeker plan has some additional perks, such as special icons, which can be found in the Settings section of both Conjure web and mobile.

For more see Conjure's pricing page.

Managing Billing

Credit Card Based

You can manage your subscription, credit card and other related information by going to Settings, then Billing, on Conjure web/desktop or in the mobile app.

App Store Based

For managing an App Store based subscription, you can find instructions for the Apple App Store here and for the Google Play Store here. You can also find details in the mobile app in SettingsSubscription.

An App Store subscription is tied to the Conjure account used at time of subscribing. If you need to transfer or restore App Store subscription to another Conjure account, please contact us.
